VisionFit Macro Split Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how VisionFit FZ-LLC (“VisionFit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the VisionFit Macro Split mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is handled.

VisionFit ACL Rebuild is owned and operated by VisionFit FZ-LLC, a company registered in CO WORKING CWEP0736, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, 0000, AL Hamra Industrial Zone FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Our mission is to provide accessible, evidence-based fitness programs to help users safely rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence following lower-body injuries.

3. Information Macro Split Does Not Collect

Macro Split does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, share, or otherwise send personal information to VisionFit or third parties. The app does not require an account or a name, email address, location, health record, payment information, contacts, photos, or other personal information.

Macro Split does not include advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, cloud sync, or third-party data-collection services.

3.1 Saved Plans and On-Device Storage

Macro Split lets you enter a daily calorie target, macro percentages, and optional saved-plan names. These values are stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. They are not transmitted to VisionFit, backed up by Macro Split, or shared with other users.

4. How We Use Your Information

Macro Split uses the values you enter only on your device to calculate and display your saved macro plans.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Because Macro Split does not send saved plans to our servers, VisionFit does not hold a copy of them. Your device’s screen lock and operating-system protections help protect locally stored data.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (Where Applicable)

Although we operate under UAE law, users in other regions (such as the EU or UK) may have additional rights.

When applicable, our legal basis for collecting and processing data includes:

  • Your consent (for optional inputs like injury details or connected health data);

  • Our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving App functionality; and

  • The need to fulfil contractual obligations to you as a user of the App.

7. Sharing of Information

Macro Split does not share personal information because it does not transmit personal information to VisionFit or third parties.

8. Cookies and Website Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyse traffic, and remember preferences.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer not to allow them.

9. Data Retention

Saved plans remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app from your device. VisionFit does not retain a copy.

10. Your Rights

Because Macro Split does not collect or store your personal information on VisionFit systems, you can manage saved plans directly in the app or delete the app to remove its local data. Contact us if you have questions at support@visionfithealth.com.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 16 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

12. International Users

While VisionFit FZ-LLC operates from the United Arab Emirates, users from other countries may access the App.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and UAE law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features, technologies, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.
