VisionFit ACL Rebuild Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VisionFit ACL Rebuild mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”). The App is owned and operated by VisionFit FZ-LLC, registered in CO WORKING CWEP0736, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, 0000, AL Hamra Industrial Zone FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (“VisionFit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

VisionFit ACL Rebuild provides guided workout programs, exercise demonstrations, and educational content to support users rebuilding lower-body strength and mobility after knee-related injuries. It is designed for general fitness and educational purposes, not medical or physiotherapy advice.

The App should complement, not replace, guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent;

  • Have full power and authority to enter into this agreement; and

  • Use the App in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Account Creation and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

​

  • Provide accurate and current information;

  • Keep your login credentials confidential; and

  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

If you believe your account has been compromised, email support@visionfithealth.com immediately.

VisionFit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Some App features are available through paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed in the App Store or Google Play listing.

4.2 Payments and Renewals

All purchases and renewals are processed securely by Apple or Google. Please refer to their billing policies for information about cancellations, refunds, and trial periods. Subscription fees may change from time to time.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to servers or data; or

  • Use the App in a way that disrupts or harms other users or VisionFit’s operations.

 

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Health and Safety Notice

The App may ask about your injury type (e.g. ACL, MCL, patellar), surgery status, and timeline since injury to personalise your experience. This information is used only to tailor workout difficulty and recommendations, it is not interpreted or reviewed by a medical professional.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or changing any exercise program. If you experience pain, swelling, dizziness, or other adverse symptoms while using the App, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

​

  • Ensuring you are medically cleared to exercise;

  • Performing movements safely and within your limits; and

  • Maintaining the equipment and environment necessary for safe participation.

 

You understand that participation in physical activity involves risk, and you voluntarily accept those risks.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including workouts, graphics, videos, code, text, and design, is the property of VisionFit FZ-LLC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. The App collects limited information such as account details, usage analytics, and optional health-related onboarding data (injury type, surgery timing, program progress).

Data is processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described there.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Apple Health, Google Play Console). These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for their actions, content, or data handling practices.

11. Modifications and Updates

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

​

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information;

  • The suitability of exercises for your specific injury or condition; or

  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

 

You use the App at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionFit FZ-LLC, its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

​

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Any loss of data, injury, or other harm resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

 

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisionFit FZ-LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the Service.

You may also delete your account at any time by following in-app instructions or contacting support@visionfithealth.com.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any legal proceedings shall take place within the UAE courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.

Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
